About Us
The organizers of The Favorite Poem Project: Bethlehem are Jennie Gilrain, 4th-grade teacher at Freemansburg Elementary in Bethlehem Area School District and Sue Lucrezi, retired Bethlehem Area School District ESL teacher. Inspired by their experience at the Favorite Poem Project Institute for Educators in Chicago, Illinois in June 2015, they hosted the first Favorite Poem Project of Bethlehem in October 2015. Encouraged by public response, the 4th Favorite Poem Project: Bethlehem's Public Reading Event will be held on October 17, 2018.
